胡德安，男，出生于1977年10月，工学博士， 湖南大学机械与运载工程学院教授、博士生导师。

特种车辆、机器人设计与开发、防护材料/结构设计与分析、设计软件开发与应用。

主持国防“973”子项目、军民融合项目、装备预研基金项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目管理办法等国家级课题以及企业横向课题。

作为技术主管负责国防“973”项目（湖南大学为总体单位）的实施和管理，该项目研究成果获得了军方有关单位的认可。

参与国家重点基础研究发展计划（国家“973”计划）、国家基金委创新群体项目、国家杰出青年基金、“十一五”国防基础科研重点项目、总装备部预先研究项目、教育部国防基础研究项目等多项课题。

在“计算机 Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering”“Journal of Computational 物理学”“International Journal for Numerical Methods in Engineering”“International Journal of Impact Engineering”“Composites Science and Technology”“Composite Structures”和“Ceramics International”等国际、国内核心期刊上发表科研论文80余篇，其中SCI论文50余篇；撰写国防报告多篇；授权和申请国家发明专利6项；授权计算机软件著作权3项。
