曾亮（Leung Tsang）是一位世界知名的遥感专家，现为密歇根大学电子工程系的教授。他是美国国家工程院院士，也是遥感领域的知名学者。曾亮在卫星任务的波散射和微波遥感理论方面做出了重要贡献。

曾亮教授出生于香港特别行政区，现任教于密歇根大学安娜堡分校电子工程系。高中毕业于香港华仁书院 (Wah Yan College)，并先后在美国麻省理工学院获得本硕博学位。先后任职于德州农工大学（Texas A\u0026M Univeristy, College Station），华盛顿大学（University of Washing, Seattle）。2006-2011，出任美国华盛顿大学电子工程系主任（Department Chair）。2001-2004，被聘为香港城市大学（City University of Hong Kong）讲座教授（Professor Chair）。从2008至今，曾教授是麻省理工学院电磁科学院（Electromagnetic Academy）的院长。其它履历和任职包括：
