夏祥鳌,湖南籍研究员及博士生导师。他在1994年于南京气象学院应用气象系毕业,随后在中国气象科学研究院获得硕士学位(1997年),并在中国科学院大气物理研究所取得博士学位(2002年)。他的研究领域集中在气溶胶-云-辐射相互作用的地基和卫星遥感方面。
