张学昆，男，1968年3月出生，毕业于西南大学。作物遗传育种学博士，研究员，博士生导师，中国农业科学院油料作物研究所科技处处长。

2005年于西南大学晋升研究员。

2006-2007年在中国农科院开展博士后研究。

2008年9调任中国农科院油料作物研究所研究员。

2020年4月，调入长江大学农学院。
