第38届安妮奖，是由国际动画协会主办，于2011年2月5日颁发的奖项。

今年梦工厂共获得了39个提名，尼克儿童获得了10个提名，卡通频道获得了8个提名，就连出品《卑鄙的我》的Illumination Entertainment也有7个提名。动画巨头迪士尼+却只获得了3个提名，皮克斯动画工作室也只获得4个提名。这样的结果很可能是因为今年八月迪士尼单方面宣布退出安尼奖的赞助与角逐而造成的，迪士尼之所以作此决定是因为他们觉得安尼奖会员与赞助挂钩，评奖不够公允。
