研究领域
主要从事药物化学基础和应用基础的研究工作,研究领域涉及药物化学、有机合成和计算机辅助药物设计等学科。作为课题负责人先后承担了国家高技术“863”计划、国家自然科学基金、上海市科委等基金项目。近年来,围绕新结构类型先导化合物的合成,开展新的有机合成方法学研究,在化学 \u0026 Biology、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Journal of Medicinal Chemistry、Organic Letters、 Journal of Organic Chemistry、Journal of Combinatorial Chemistry、Biophysical Journal、Journal of 药理学 Experimental Therapeutics、Current Medicinal Chemistry、Bioorganic \u0026 Medicinal 化学、Tetrahedron Letters和Drug Metabolism and Disposition等杂志上发表国内外论文百余篇。参加5本专著的编写,申请专利30项,获得专利证书5项。
