《3AM》是由陈咏谦、Ghost Style作词，AGA（江海迦）作曲并演唱的一首歌曲，发行于2017年04月14日。《3AM（Demo Version）》发行于2017年05月25日。2017年12月11日，该歌曲荣获Billboard Radio China 2017年度粤语十大金曲奖。这首轻快的歌曲收录在AGA的个人大碟Luna内，featuring Ghost Style，由她亲自作曲、陈咏谦填词、编曲Yusuke Hatano、监制舒文。《3AM》一经推出便大受欢迎，成为AGA继《一》后的街知巷闻大热作品，取得三台冠军歌的成绩，并荣获2017年叱咤乐坛专业推介叱咤十大－第六位及香港电台十大中文金曲。截至2023年11月，歌曲在YouTube上的MV已录得超过700万次点击率。

《3AM》有几个不同的版本。除了正式的版本之外，亦公开了一直大受欢迎的Demo版本，并上载至各大音乐平台。由她亲自填词的全英文版本中，副歌的第一句“It's 3 a.m. in the morning and I don't know how to say goodbye”最终亦保留在正式的版本当中。

跟随着AGA的声线，感受一段感情的拉扯。当爱情变成感情，勉强一起假开心，其实比分开更难受。忙碌的生活让人无暇思考工作以外的事，直到凌晨时分躺在床上，才真正花时间去思索与身边人的关系。是否应该让大家解脱。凌晨时分是AGA最多创作灵感的时间，新歌亦由此而来。《3AM》是AGA最喜欢的90年代R\u0026B曲风，特地找来日本人Yusuke Hatano编曲，希望在Urban美式风格中加入日式元素。今次亦是AGA第一次与GHOST STYLE合作，《3AM》中的一段英文Rap独白，令歌曲更具特色，亦加强了曲中渗透的"3AM vibe"。《3AM》的创作方向是一首对香港人很有共鸣感的“夜间题材”歌曲，由于香港人习惯晚睡，而歌词的主角亦是选择在夜间与男友分手，因此选择了夜里的一个“临界点”凌晨3点 (3AM)。

AGA（Agatha Kong，1988年1月21日－），真名江海迦，香港特别行政区创作女歌手，混血儿。拥有西班牙血统，师承舒文，于2013年正式出道，其唱片公司为环球唱片。作品有《哈啰》等。Ghost Style是香港本土的一位说唱歌手兼制作人。Ghost Style真名叫作Brandon Ho，1973年12月28日出生于加拿大的蒙特利尔。曾于2002年发行的香港第一张英文说唱专辑《Ghost Style's Alias》。

MV由环球唱片的年轻男歌手周殷廷执导，由AGA亲自担任女主角，男主角则是其前绯闻男友林德信。在YouTube推出短短一星期，已录得超过40万点击率，截至2022年7月已录得超过660万次点击。
