郝张成
东南大学教授
郝张成是一位东南大学教授、博士生导师和IEEE高级会员。他于1997年毕业于西安电子科技大学微波电信工程系并获得学士,随后在东南大学无线电工程系电磁场与微波技术专业分别获得硕士和博士学位。他的博士论文获得了2008年全国优秀博士论文提名奖。2011年8月,他被东南大学引进为海外引进人才,并开始在信息科学与工程学院工作。
人物经历
1997年毕业于西安电子科技大学微波电信工程系获学士学位;
2002年和2006年分别毕业于东南大学无线电工程系电磁场与微波技术专业获硕士与博士学位;
2006年至2011年8月期间,分别在法国国立高等电信工程布列塔尼学院和英国Heriot-Watt University, 爱丁堡从事博士后研究工作。
2011年8月被东南大学作为海外引进人才引进回国,工作于东南大学信息科学与工程学院
研究方向
微波毫米波器件与电路;毫米波CMOS片上天线及器件设计;亚毫米波太赫兹器件与系统。
