黄永焯,男,博士,现任中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员、博士生导师。
人物经历
1999年,毕业于广州中医药大学
2002年,于广州中医药大学获硕士学位。
2005年,于浙江大学药学院获博士学位。
2005-2010年,在美国密歇根大学药学院从事药剂学研究。
2010年6月,获百人计划资助,进入中国科学院上海药物研究所工作。
研究方向
经皮新剂型与新技术:包括化学药物/中药有效成分经皮新剂型与新技术,经皮疫苗给药研究。
生物技术药物输送系统研究:包括新型载体材料的制备,载体与大分子药物的相互作用,载体给药系统与生物屏障的相互作用,生物大分子黏膜给药研究,以及大分子药物靶向给药研究。
科研成果
主要从事生物技术药物制剂专业研究。在蛋白、基因类大分子给药系统研究中取得系列研究成果。例如,使用透皮抗原实现新型冠状病毒疫苗非注射接种的研究发表于 Angewandte Chem. Int. Ed.,并且被该刊选为新闻亮点报道。此外,该研究还受到US New and World Report及其他媒体的关注和报道。至今共发表学术论文19篇(SCI 13篇,EI 1篇),参写专著2部。
