咸贵军，是一位哈尔滨工业大学教授、博士生导师。

2009年3月至今，哈尔滨工业大学土木工程学院，教授/博导，主要从事土木工程FRP复合材料的制备、性能与设计应用研究；

2008年2月至2009年2月，美国法尔福公司（Fyfe Co. LLC)技术经理，主要负责研究与开发应用于土木结构修复、加固用FRP 复合材料，研究基于长期耐久性能的FRP 复合材料及其修复结构的设计与应用。

2005年5月至2008年1月，美国加大圣迭戈分校结构工程系博士后，主要研究纤维增强高分子（FRP）复合材料的长期耐久性及其土木工程应用；

2001年7月至2005年5月，德国凯泽斯劳滕大学复合材料研究所助理研究员，研究高性能纳米高分子复合材料的制备与性能表征；

2001年3月，博士毕业于浙江大学高分子材料科学与工程学系
