吴晓萍是
暨南大学生命科学技术学院研究员,博士生导师。一直致力于
细胞因子与创伤修复、肿瘤的基础理论、临床应用及其相关基因工程药物的研发,主要涉及成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)家族的结构与功能关系、细胞效应与分子调控机制、FGF规模化生产的关键技术、临床应用安全性等方面。
人物简介
吴晓萍:女,暨南大学生命科学技术学院研究员 博导。近3年主持国家及省部级项目5项。近5年来在国际期刊上发表SCI论文20多篇,其中以第一作者(或通讯作者)在A1类刊物发表5篇,在A2类刊物发表10篇。获国家科学技术发明
二等奖1项、
广东省科学技术发明
一等奖1项和
中华医学科技奖一等奖1项。获发明专利2项,参编著作2部。2010年被评为广东省高等学校“千百十工程”省级培养对象。
担任国家基金委创新群体、国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、广东省科技计划项目等基金评审专家,教育部学位与研究生教育论文评审专家。先后任Breast Cancer Research、Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology、International Journal of Oncology等多种国际杂志审稿专家。

一直致力于
细胞因子与创伤修复、肿瘤的基础理论、临床应用及其相关基因工程药物的研发,目前制约基因工程药物研发的主要瓶颈问题是基因工程药物的设计、改造及其高通量筛选,而
蛋白质构效关系及其作用机制的研究是基因工程药物设计和改造的核心基础。本人十多年来的研究工作一直围绕
细胞因子进行,致力于将成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)的基础研究与临床应用密切结合,在对FGF的结构与功能关系、细胞效应与分子调控机制等基础问题进行深入研究的基础上,一方面通过对FGF进行精细的结构改造和修饰,使改构的FGF更适于临床应用,成功研发了
基因工程一类新药“重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子”;另一方面构建了
细胞因子拮抗肽的筛选平台,从随机肽库中筛选获得了新型的以bFGF/FGFR为靶标的拮抗肽,并对其作用机制进行了深入研究。
