李春洋，1969年10月生，经济研究所副所长，副研究员。主要从事武汉经济发展，武汉城市圈和中部崛起研究。

武汉市十二届政协委员，2011年武汉市政府专项津贴获得者，民盟武汉市社会与法制委员会副主任，提案委员会委员。《武汉城市圈蓝皮书》2009、2010、2011版执行主编，湖北省武汉城市圈研究会专职副秘书长，中国经济地理学会会员，中国区域经济学会会员。

LiChun Yang, male, was born in October 1969,he is the deputy director of Changjiang River Valley Economic Institute, associate researcher.
