李大伟,男,1964年10月出生,河南人,中国农业大学博士导师。
主要从事分子植物病毒学的基础理论及应用基础研究。授权专利“甜菜黑色焦枯病毒作为外源基因的表达载体”。

科研成就
研究方向
主要从事分子植物病毒学的基础理论及应用基础研究,研究内容包括:
(1)大麦条纹花叶病毒(BSMV)对不同寄主植物致病性差异的分子机制以及抗BSMV新基因的功能分析;建立并完善BSMV诱导的基因沉默(BSMV-based VIGS)载体系统,为小麦、大麦、玉米、高粱和谷子等禾本科的基因功能分析提供高效、便捷的工具。
(2)以甜菜黑色焦枯病毒(BBSV)和烟草坏死病毒A(TNV-A)等病毒为研究对象,分析病毒和寄主植物的相互作用以及互作过程中的一些重要蛋白质晶体结构解析。
(3)抗病毒转基因作物新品种(系)的培育。
