夏立忠
高级工程师
夏立忠,男,博士,正高级工程师,历任常熟生态实验站办公室主任(1996~2004年)、归实验站常务副站长和站长(2004~2013年),曾参加国家“八七”科技扶贫工作。长期从事水土流失与面源污染防治、农田生态系统养分循环的研究和区域农业生态环境监测。主持或作为技术骨干参加完成来自国家科技攻关项目、国家基金委自然基金面上项目、国务院三峡工程建设委员会三峡工程生态环境监测系统监测项目和研究专项、中国科学院重大项目、中国科学院知识创新项目、中国科学院西部行动计划创新项目等各类项目近30项。立足于三峡库首区域山地立体利用与水土流失、面源污染治理,构建了消落区的植被过滤带与清洁生产技术相结合的生态保护模式,柑橘属产业带的植物篱技术与水肥一体化技术相配套的高效循环农业模式,传统农业坡耕地的保护性耕作加植物篱技术的生态保护模式。曾在贝尔法斯特女王大学从事访问研究。发表各类学术论文53篇,其中SCI收录15篇,EI收录2篇,中文核心期刊论文33篇。参加已出版发行3部专著的编写。申请发明专利3项,获得专利授权1项。
