李孟华，男，1974年11月出生于黄冈市，博士，研究员，博士生导师，野生动物生态遗传学研究组组长。

李孟华，男，1974年11月出生于湖北省黄冈市，博士，研究员，博士生导师，野生动物生态遗传学研究组组长。

中国科学院动物研究所“百人计划”引进海外杰出人才。2003年毕业于华中农业大学畜牧兽医学院动物遗传育种与繁殖专业，获得博士学位；2003年-2008年任芬兰农业食品科学研究院生物技术和食品研究部博士后研究员；2008年-2010年于赫尔辛基大学生物和环境科学系从事博士后研究；2010年至2011年任芬兰农业食品科学研究院生物技术和食品研究部首席研究员；2011年8月至今为中国科学院动物研究所教授、研究员。

2010年6月被授予赫尔辛基大学副教授(Docent）,并担任现代生物出版集团 Research Notes副编辑（Associate Editor），Journal of Evolutionary Biology Research编辑组成员(editorialTeam member)，芬兰生物互作研究生院及芬兰群体遗传学研究生院博士生导师(指导或联合指导多名硕士或博士研究生)，欧盟第6,7研发框架计划专家组（动物遗传部）成员。

共发表30多篇SCI论文，其中第一作者或通讯作者20多篇，总计影响因子约82，共被SCI杂志文章引用达300多次。作为第一主持人和课题组负责人，承担了芬兰科学院和芬兰农业和森林部重点创新项目2项，并参与了多项欧盟和北欧科研合作项目，与世界上10多个国家的国际著名教授和研究人员建立了广泛而深入的科研合作。
