刘峰奇
刘峰奇,1963年8月出生,是中国科学院半导体研究所的研究员和博士生导师。他担任973首席科学家,是新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选,并且曾获得国家杰出青年科学基金。

研究成果
刘峰奇主要从事半导体红外量子材料和器件的研究,包括中远红外量子级联激光器和太赫兹量子级联激光器,以及中远红外量子级联探测器。他在2000年首次研制出室温工作3.5微米的应变补偿InGaAs/InAlAs量子级联激光器,并成功研制出波长4.6、7.4微米等的一系列室温连续工作的分布反馈单模量子级联激光器。此外,他还实现了光子晶体分布反馈量子级联激光器近衍射极限的室温单模工作,并研制出频率2.95-3.15THz的一系列太赫兹量子级联激光器,以及峰值探测波长从4.5到10.6微米的一系列量子级联探测器。他的研究成果获得了包括国家自然科学二等奖在内的多项奖项,并承担了多项国家科研任务。
