主要成果
王齐华作为项目负责人或主要骨干,承担了20多项以高技术领域重点型号配套特种润滑材料研制为主,包括国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目、创新群体、973子课题、中科院知识创新重要方向性项目在内的多种类型的研究课题,申报专利50余件。
王齐华在国际上率先系统研究了纳米颗粒填充聚合物
复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,考察了纳米填料的含量、尺寸、测试条件、纳米粒子与传统摩擦填料的复合等对聚合物基纳米复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,发现纳米颗粒增强聚合物复合材料具有优异的润滑抗磨损性能,提出了纳米颗粒填充聚合物复合材料的摩擦磨损机制;系统研究了空间
离子辐照对
聚酰亚胺等聚合物材料
摩擦学性能的影响,并阐明了其相互作用机理;在国际上率先将金属粉末冶金技术与DU自润滑材料的制备技术有机结合,研制了具有自主知识产权的金属梯度自润滑
复合材料,解决了摩擦学性能、耐高温性能和力学性能相互制约的难题,达到多层润滑材料的国际先进水平;创新性地研制了
全氟润滑脂,解决了低表面能氟醚油和含氟
稠化剂的界面相容性和长期稳定分散的关键技术,揭示了它们界面和表面之间的作用机理;设计制备了包括探月工程用的火箭气动机叶片材料、高性能战机的高承载滑动轴承等先进抗磨损材料和润滑技术,研究揭示了这些材料的摩擦磨损机制,阐明了材料组成、结构与润滑抗磨损性能的关系规律,解决了航天、航空、电子等领域相关运动部件在高温、高速、超低温和辐照等苛刻环境条件下的润滑难题。
